Refund & Replacement Policy

At Herbs of Paradise, your wellness and satisfaction are our top priorities. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement.

Eligibility for Replacement:

You may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your product only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged during shipping.

  • The product is defective or faulty upon arrival.

  • You received the wrong item.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind or if the product has been opened or used.

How to Request a Replacement:

Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery through any of the following channels:

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and unopened.

  • We may ask you to provide photos or videos of the damage/fault for quicker resolution.

Processing Replacements:

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement within 5–7 business days.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Herbs of Paradise reserves the right to decline replacement requests if the returned product shows signs of use or is not returned in original condition.
